A native of Wolcott, and is a graduate of Central Connecticut State College with a BA Degree in Geography / Urban Studies with a minor in Music. Prior to his Real Estate career he owned and operated a catering business, serving the community for 18 years.

John is a long time resident of Middlebury and has been active in the Real Estate community for the past 29 yrs. John reopened Commercial Connection in 2020; previously he had been a managing partner for Drubner Commercial for 11 years and has worked for other Real Estate companies that specializing in Retail and Commercial properties throughout the state.

John has worked as a tenant rep for national and regional tenants (Advance Auto, O’Reilly’s Auto, Gulf Oil, 7-11, Burger King and West Marine), and developers who were looking to expand in Connecticut.

John is also active with the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Waterbury ,Profnet of Waterbury , Waterbury Veterans Committee, The Community Chapel, Gideon’s International and the International Council of Shopping Centers ( ICSC) .
